![]() | Joëlle Choueifati is an accomplished Lebanese American attorney with more than 15 years experience practicing corporate law on 3 continents.
Having earned her Lebanese Law degree from St. Joseph's University in 1995, she joined the prestigious Beirut firm of Roger Assi, where she played a prominent role guiding top multi-nationals such as McDonald’s, Nestlé, and Danone as they invested in the Lebanese market.
Upon immigrating to the United States, Ms. Choueifati matriculated to Stetson University College of Law in Tampa, Florida, where she earned her LL.M. and J.D. degrees magna cum laude and cum laude, respectively. After completing her studies in 2004, she spent five years in-house at IT giant Tech Data (one of the largest companies in the world with annual sales exceeding $24 Billion), developing an Ethics and Compliance program across the Americas and Europe, as well as supporting the Human Resources Department in labor law matters.
A fully tri-lingual dual citizen, Ms. Choueifati currently resides in Beirut with her husband, international political consultant George Ajjan, and their son Michael, and is a legal advisor to the Lebanese Telecommunications Ministry. For more information, consult her full CV.
